Email Sync Issues
Hi,
Just got my LG G3.
I have setup my Exchange Active Sync work account and it is set to push
But what I am noticing is that if I am sat at my desk and an email pops into my inbox in outlook and my phone is locked at the side of me my phone does not ping with the new email until i unlock it and then ping email comes in.
If I leave the phone unlocked and send a test email ig gets it instantly.
It is as though the phone stops syncing when the screen is locked ?
If I set my Exchange acount on the phone from push to every 5 mins it seems to work when locked ! but I really want push.
I did not have this issue on my Samsung Galaxy S2 with same exchange account.
Anyone else had this issue.
Any advice would be great.
