I hate how I can never use the whole pic on my wallpaper. I know there was an app Idk what it was that allowed me too. I have 4 screens right now and when I do get to the end it doesn't loop back very smoothly is there a way to change that? All stock launcher

Try the Quickpic app. If that doesn't help you, try using Nova Launcher. You can set any image as wallpaper any size or orientation you want.

I'm having trouble understanding what you're trying to accomplish here? What do you mean by loop back? Are you wanting the background to span across all four screens or be static for all?
