Ringtone Issue / Armband / Apps to Disable

Hello all
I am having an issue with the ringtones reverting to default periodically on my G3. I suspect that it has something to do with the SD card and not locating the file during boot up. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone have an armband they recommend for the G3 at the gym. Lastly has anyone located a list of apps that can be disabled on the Verizon LG G3? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I got rid of my sd card. I was having similar issues. My launcher was reverting to stock launcher on boot up. Got rid of sd card, now apex launcher opens up no problem. It's a known issue with sd cards.
