LG g3 Won't update stuck on kit Kat HELP

Wen I try n update it it says your phone is not registered yet I've exhausted every opinion this my last hope 4 fix I'll even pay

Are you udating using the Software Update-Software Upgrade Assistant (LG) on the computer or the OTA update? I found the Upgrade assistant software worked for me. It has repair and Upgrade options

Chilll I was wondering when I was going to do the udate with the computer I got to a point where you had to download the last drivers and you pick a G3 model but the only one that looked right was D851 tn under T-Mobile.I have D85120g.What the hell is tn after bricking my tablet recently didn't want pull the trigger.Any insight would be greatly appreciated,Thanks
