The D855 has received Marshmallow a couple months back. Try searching or a software update. If it's not pushing OTA then you'll need to search for the manual method. It involves using Flash Tool and the appropriate files to do so. XDA will be your best bet for the step by step how-to on that matter.

Go online and look for "forcing android update"

There is an android /google file that gets hosed up.

You need to force stop it then search for update and it should find it.

I have had to do it for every OTA on both of my G3's.

As soon as you stop the file and search, the update pops up
