Imei = 0, should I do anything about it?

Back in July I was trying to root my lg G3, but forgot to download and flash one certain file, so I ended up getting my phone into bootloop, then I panicked and decided that "wipe system" in TWRP does a hard reset, therefore you can guess what happened next... After some time I managed to install cyanogen mod from sdcard and finally flash original lg rom. Only now I have found out that my imei is 0. I don't have efs backup. My phone functions properly, even abroad. I have also received August security patch without any problems. So, should I do anything about it or leave as it is?

agreed, if the phone works and all don't do anything, the only thing you can't do is sell it.
