icons on lock screen & on screen buttons

2 questions:

Is there a way to change the icons on the lock screen? I don't use the stock messaging app or gallery so I'd like to change the.

I thought I read somewhere that you could change the on screen buttons on the G4? Move them around and/or add buttons? Is this possible, if so where?

You should be able to customize on screen buttons from settings > display > home touch buttons

I still can't find that shortcuts option to change the lock screen icons. Where exactly is this located?

Edit: nevermind, watched a tips ad tricks video and this option isn't available on my T-mobile device. in addition I can't change the lock screen animations either.

Also can't get to guest profile mode on the t-mobile edition.

Perhaps I need a thread on the stuff tmobile got rid of
