Cogeco Email

I have a LG690b and am trying to add my email account from Cogeco. All information is input correctly and it keeps saying "unable to open connection with server" . I can't find any information to fix this.
Any ideas?

Got the answer. You have to change the iincoming and outgoing servers to pop.cogeco.ca and outgoing to smpt.cogeco.ca.
Should work after that!
