Add/Remove Home Screens

I just switched from a Optimus G on Sprint (LS970) to a Optimus G Pro on AT&T (E980) and I can't figure out how to get it down to just one home screen. On my LS970 I was able to hit menu then Edit Home Screens, I dont see that option in the G Pro. Does anyoe have an idea how I might be able to do this without installing a custom launcher. I really like the Optimus UI, but I like keeping my screen free of apps/widgets and down to a single screen. Thanks in advance.

Pinch in and it should bring up all ur current screens. Then just hold and drag the screen to the remove icon..
