Low quality or what?

Hi,
I'm " lucky " !
I bought a phone that works perfectly, but there are some defects.
When I shake - rattle , over the screen have " yellowish spots " and brightness is low ( in my opinion) .
30% brightness of Optimus X2 = 70 % brightness of Optimus G!
I ask for your opinion .
