Got a message: "Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active"

How do I deactivate this feature and how (and why) did it start doing this? Does it have to do with my service? I have MetroPCS.

Not anymore. I realize now, that the reason I got that message is because I didn’t pay my monthly bill. But it’s kind of dumb not to be able to log into my account so that I can PAY it. Oh, well, I guess that woke me up, financially that is. But thank you very much for replying.

Oh, I'm sorry. Even though my question was resolved I should still reply to other questions. I used to have Metro Blockit- but it has recently been replaced by "Name ID" blocking app.

I dont have that on my phone abd it started doing it to my phobe today but bill was paid

I got the same thing today. Unless my phone came with that app, then I didn't download it. I'm not sure what's going on!!
