Need Help

so today i rooted my lg optimus s and it was working perfect and i installed a recovery menu and i backed up my current ROM so then later on today i switched to another rom which upgraded me from 2.2 to 2.3 so then i shutoff my phone and when i turned it on it loads up to the android sign and freezes i cant do anything then i rebooted into recovery mode but my recovery mode is blank i cant see anything its just a blank screen i really need help anyone please? im new to this rooting thing and im scared now that my phone will not start.

i did i had the application since irooted my phone

is there something wrong with using rom manager and why like i said im a newbie to this stuff

Sorry my friend, next time do a little research before you go flashing away. This is a sticky at the top of this forum page. Please read through the entire thread. I personally do NOT know how to fix a Rom Manager mishap.
