Bricked Phone?

Hi everyone. I have been using my Spectrum for about a week now and this morning when i tried to use it, everything was force closing. The phone also said i was running low on internal memory. The only thing ive really done to the phone was root it, install CWM, and freeze the LG Launcher because I had installed ADW launcher. After rebooting the phone, as i thought this would solve the problem, the phone just hangs at the 4G LTE splash screen. I have tried flashing a custom rom in CWM and using the LG Update tool to try to flash back to stock in download mode. It still hangs at the splash screen. I do not know what to do now any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Nvm I got it fixed. Turns out the USB cable i was using must have been messed up. I flashed it again using the LG Signed Firmware and factory restored it and now its working perfectly
