WiFi disabled when switching to 4G and back

[AC Question]

I have and LG V10 (just got it a week ago). My WiFi does not automatically connect to my saved connections (mainly home/work). When I open WiFi, the connection I am attempting to connect to shows Disabled. It connects right away when I hit connect. I have tried multiple times to forget/reconnect and nothing is working. I have Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. I have been reading forums and so for nothing is working. Any ideas?
