LG V10 on Verizon - caller name id

I cannot seem to disable the caller name id feature. Every time someone calls it pops up and when I try to disable it, it says unavailable. Any suggestions on how to turn this off for good?

Is this a question for Verizon?

V10 is sold strictly by carriers, and each carrier has different features. I don't have this issue on T-Mobile. T-Mobile offered me THEIR version of this feature, and I tried it for a day and then turned it off.

Seems to me this is strictly a carrier issue.
