Not really. I'm hard-core Mac and I've had 0 issues ever with an Android phone. If anything I'd even say its easier than dealing with Windows. There's no drivers, etc. ADB and Fastboot are easy to set up. Everything is plug and play. Hell, you can build Android natively on a Mac.

I'm getting a day's heavy usage no problem on a charge. FB, Twitter, GMail and Reddit all syncing, lots of calls, texts, emails, etc. I haven't been plagued by any of the standby issues either. I charged my phone to 100% last night and then took it off when I got up for work in the morning...

Do me a favor, turn on your front facing camera in a dark room and let me know if you're seeing random blue dots on the screen. It's happening to a couple people over on XDA and I'm trying to figure out how widespread it is.

I don't have any issues with the screen brightness. You can see it just fine in direct sunlight.
