    You can't see or read your clipboard, it's just saved in memory To have visible clipboard, install Clipper+. Not just readable, it saves your last 20 clips and let's you choose which to use, etc. Very nice little app...

    Futzing around manually closing apps to clear RAM will likely make things worse. Let Android handle things as intended. If an app is malfunctioning and causing the problem, identify and remove it.
