AT&T Note 10 Plus 5G and I finally received the May security update.

I finally received the May security update on my AT&T Note 10 Plus 5G. Hopefully other Note 10 owners are getting this update

I have a AT&T Note 10 Plus 5G and still have the March security update. I'm in NYC and hope something is coming soon. I usually get an update every single month so this is very odd that 2 months have went by without an update.

Ok thank you and I will check it out. I'm glad I'm not the only one. Prior to March I will getting a security update every single month. Hopefully something will be released soon.

The last time I received a security update from AT&T on my Note 10 Plus 5G was in March. I'm just wondering if anyone else is having this issue? It's a little odd as I usually get a security update every month.

I just received 2.1 with the April security update on my Note 10 Plus 5G from AT&T. Hopefully others are also receiving it

I received the update last night & it's the July security update. Not sure what they mean by enhanced performance & other improvements.

I figured out a fix for this issue. I had a few apps saved to my SD Card so I moved them backed to internal storage and I haven't had my widgets disappear from my home screen since. Even though the apps I had saved to my SD card weren't the widgets that were disappearing. It has been a good 2...

Yes it is! I searched all over the internet for a permanent fix and I couldn't find one. If anyone knows a permanent fix for widgets disappearing from the home screen after restarting the phone please let us know.

Yes I'm also having the same exact issue that you are. The only fix that I know of is to restart your phone again. But you still have to re add your widgets back to your home screen. I'm also running 7.0 with the stock Touch Wiz launcher. The issue keeps happening every few restarts of the...

I don't receive my monthly security updates on the last week of the month. I usually get them in the first 2 weeks of every month. Congratulations that your Blackberry Priv gets them a week earlier lol

I have only had this happen to my AT&T Note 5 2 to 3 times since I purchased it the day it was released. A restart has fixed it everytime. But if this frequently happens to you then as others suggested try changing your SIM card. If that doesn't fix it then you may have a defective device.
