    I had the same issue and not sure who is to blame for the Kies confusion. I'm going to lean on Samsung since Kies is their product. Anyways, the S4 will be getting Lollipop and a version is registered as 'OB3.' In terms of timing, well..... who knows.

    Don't worry, if you have an tri-band (L720T) you still have a few days before everyone is provisioned to get it. I believe Sprint said it would be slowly rolled out until March 10th.

    Facebook app a major power drain

    I was having the same issue on my GS4, everything was turned off except Contacts sync under 'Other Settings.' I originally though having Facebook sync with only my registered contacts would be a nice feature to have but ultimately it isn't worth the battery drain.
