From v15 i went to nRom...everything worked well....after v16 was available....i flashed and was stuck at LG logo.....multiple flash attempts, wipes no luck.... Thankfully i had nandroid backup of v15....restrored to that and then flashed v16....worked very well... Just wondering if it was coz...

Not sure if this is of importance but just want to mention that I upgraded to VC via LG Updater, Rooted it, flashed CWMA and then installed CM7. So CM7 runs fine on VC.

Thanks. I didnt back data up but I had move applications to sd card using titanuim which android "move to sd card" didnt allow me..... I reinstalled all the apps moved to sdcard..rebooted and it seems to work as expected now... Quadrant speed is up to 462 now...

I updated last night via lg updater on second attempt. I am noticing that the GPS and Data are working very slow. GPS takes 10-15 seconds to get a lock and speedtest.net speeds are in the range of 0.4 -0.5 MBPS (down) I use to get lock in few seconds and speeds were close to 1 mbps before...
