did I buy a clone S9 plus? having so many problems, help would be awesome.

this exynos chipset on US carriers is a total disaster. Also the fact that samsung OEM lock disables the phone for 7 days is mind boggling. RMAing all 3 phones. Will just get a onetouch 5T dual sim.

I spent $43 000 with verizon over the last 11 years, just cancelled everything

10 hours of troubleshooting not enough? like i have 20 hours in a work week to play fix my phone? that 20 hours costs me close to $3000 of income. please explain your logic, why if factory defaulting a phone twice didn't fix it, a third time would? the definition of insanity is repeating the...

I spent $43 000 with verizon over the last 11 years, just cancelled everything

On both my phones the default email app would no longer get push email from exchange server, no matter what. Had to manually check email each time. Trust me I argued with samsung and Verizon for 10 hours, factory defaulted the phone, let samsung control the phones via their smart tutor...

And I had not even considered leaving Verizon. Now I feel kind of dumb that I didn't leave long ago. Rooted phone where you have complete control of the os is the only way to go in my opinion.

I spent $43 000 with verizon over the last 11 years, just cancelled everything

Verizon claimed because the phone got data sms and voice it wasn't their problem. Samsung claimed they could only try fix it under warranty if I mail the phones in since they had no idea what is wrong. Since they are business phones that would not work. Solution? Moved to t-mobile...
