If you are talking about the billard ball icons, you bring up the Samsung Themes App, select the triple horizontal lines next to the search magnifying glass, select the "sports" category, select icons and you should see (Alex)Billard balls

Probably not the same issue, but I could not move any of the APP icons to the last line on the home or any screen. What I needed to do was select the APP I wanted to place on the last line of the screen from the App Drawer, and then there was no problem

It seems the only way I can reliably set an icon on the last line of the screen is to go through the App Drawer, select the App, then it will allow placement with no problem. Under Settings/Display/More/Display Size, I set the line size to contain 5 app icons per line, but that didn't change...
