Some work is being done to get a custom rom built for this at another forum by a Dev. When it is ready fore release I will also note it here.

Just gave up after going through 6 Rezounds this year and look forward to the Spectrum 2. Now I will be even more impressed if the bootloader gets unlocked and we some Roms for this phone.

Thanks for the suggestions. Real can work but you have to keep the photos in the DCIM folder and can not change the primary location, do not like that. Can not confirm if double twist can do photos either.

OK, can the GeeWiz 1.1.1 PATCH - be applied just to a stock Verizon Rooted rom. I like to make a CWM restore points at several levels, just in case I need to do a restore while out in the field. I have tried this on a replacement Fascinate I just received and can not seem to get the patch to...

I would agree, first thing is get a new fresh battery and then address the idea of replacing the rom. Without a good battery even a great rom would not solve that issue. I would suggest an extended battery, it will make your life easier if you find you rip through a battery in a day any way.

Rooting will be simple and give you the advantages of removing bloatware and etc. If want to change the look why not try different launchers before getting into flashing roms. It will give you that non stock look and will give you time to research properly on the roms.

I have been searching with no luck, for an app to organize my music, photos and video in one place. A way of working with all media files under one interface, without having to open "Gallery" for photos or "Music Player" for music etc... any suggestions? Thanks.

I have tried this update yet both Launcher Pro and Launcher 7 are still been seen in the task manager and being cleared out when cleared on Task Manager. Am I missing something?

Re: [ROM][KERNEL][08.27.11] GeeWiz 1.1 ED05 TouchWiz Debloated Same here, after a couple of days I went back to GeeWiz as well. I just feel GeeWiz runs smoother on my unit.Though I do use the EC09 modem file on GeeWizz with no issues and I do see an improvement in the signal.

Leave it to the old Verizon / Cablevision feud to make it difficult for those of us that live in Suffolk. Can not get Fios out here in Brookhaven township and now no 4G.
