Got a straight talk sim and a card for a month unlimited everything. Put sim into unlocked droid 3 and get "invalid sim" or "gsm/umts networks found" when I put it in gsm mode. I created an APN just like it said to do on straight talk's site. I've done battery pulls, airplane mode, even wedging...

I honestly don't know. I had just assumed both version would be available unless they put out something to the contrary. Has anyone heard what the difference in price will be?

My Droid X may be jealous, but as it's owner I'm moving on to greener, nexusier, pastures. Also, may I interject that I have been a fan of motorola's design since the OG Droid. Call me minimalist if you must.

This is what the Droid 3 should have been! Motorola really needs to space out their releases and stop coming out with half baked versions. Droid Bionic is a prime example. Can you see anybody still getting one once the Razr comes out?
