It can't be out by mid 2011, HTC already stated that they are the 'first to 4g' again. Acessories are already available through online stores, as long as it doesn't get called back (like it's cousin, the merge) it'll be out in January.

I personally am in the same situation as you, but with a samsung rogue that is nearly broken. I would wait for the CES, see the release date, and judge it from there. Personally, in the DINC vs DX, I'd go with the DX if you don't mind to bigger screen. I like the DINC a lot, and would choose it...
