Don't know how it relates, but if I try to turn on Wi-Fi Calling, I get a "Network Connection Error" message.

I read online that sometimes an app may have an effect and to use Safe Mode to check. So I tried that. Put my phone into Safe Mode and tried to make a call but it made no difference.

I cannot find anywhere on my phone to check that. Searched under the 3 terms provided.

Thanks for the thought. Something to consider. When I tried swapping SIM cards with someone and still couldn't make calls, did not consider that they are on T-Mobile network.

Not using any Call Blocker App. I'm pretty sure it's the stock dialer. If I click on info at the phone icon, it brings up app page called Contacts which says it's a default. No family management app in use.

If I do a search for Network Operators, it gives me multiple choices. Is it correct that seeing more than one carrier to choose from indicates the phone is not locked?

Would like to avoid doing so but may have to as a last resort.

ATT swears it is and I entered the provided code with no issue. I tried an online IMEI checked and it didn't say there was an issue. Is there another way to check?
