Try going into Setting, Roaming, and make sure both Domestic voice roaming and Domestic data roaming, have check marks next to them. Not positive, but I think this may do away with the warning.

I'm getting it also, after every reboot. In searching around, what I have discovered is that it is a very common problem, with all carriers, not just Sprint. Just click on ok, it goes away and does no apparent harm. I think I have seen that it is a known bug in 4.4.2, and that shortly 4.4.3...
