I am doing better after my battery recalibration method that I learned from my rooting days but still not as good as Kit Kat. What I did was let my phone go till it shut down then charged it fully with it powered off. Ran it till fully shut down and turned it back on and charged it fully again...

I really like swiftkey as a keyboard app, Textra is the best messaging app. Very fast and just the right options. I use stock launcher.

Maybe it is possible to link your outlook calendar to your Gmail and then you could share it that way.
