They can because their Terms of Service never state how fast the Unlimited is. They do qualify with an Unlimited plan that you can get Unlimited data, but they never said what the speed is. It's a fun little barricade they can hide behind.

In Portrait mode mine gets warm on the left side. I actually had one originally that got noticeably warm, but the second one doesn't get that warm at all, though it has the SOD issue and 3 dead pixels in it.

So I'm trying to use my Atrix for DLNA and I'm running into a couple issues. Seems to be first off, it shows up on my Logitech Revue but no Media is shown at all. My PS3 doesn't even detect the device, and my PC detects it as a Storage Device but cannot browse it. Not sure if anyone else is...

In my situation OPUS (their billing/inventory system) actually didn't have the unlimited data option there. I even asked to see and explore it (I'm an ex AT&T employee) he had to change my plan, but alas wouldn't help me get my unlimited data back. I had to call 611 and the woman on the phone...
