Did you do the *228 activation?

Dang, I've tried calling twice and they don't seem to want to send me a new phone. They just tell me that the update on the 1st is supposed to fix this issue.

They told me that they are not doing the swaps anymore now that the update is out.

I just got off the phone with Verizon...they wouldn't give me a new phone besides another Fascinate as they said that ANOTHER update is coming out on August 1st which is supposed to fix the issue. Looks like I missed the gravy train.

Looks like they have a new build up that is available for download now. Downloading as we speak.

How do you "push" that gps fix? I want to try it out

That sounds interesting. I assume that they are done by different developers and include different tweaks, etc?

Is this built into the 11.1 version because my GPS locks on super fast with CM7. I always had problems with CommRomm.

Excuse my ignorance, but what are nightly builds and nightlies?

Thanks for the help everyone. After I did the DL09 radio update, I updated the radio to EC09 and everything is working great now. I ended up not having to reflash, I guess it was just the radio. However, having those files to future use when reflashing anything is a big help, thanks a lot, bigj.

I ended up flashing the DL09 radio and SMS works now... Anyone know which radios you can use with CM7?

What is a repartition pit file? When I installed CM7, I did an Odin stock Froyo install, re-rooted and installed CM7.

Handcent didn't work. When I reflash should I do the data wipe, etc as well?

I flashed CM7 last night and everything is great with it except that SMS messages are not sending correctly. They send as blank messages no matter who i send them to. MMS messages send fine. Any ideas?
