Help me choose, please. (Note2 vs HTC One)

I've found 2 people via Craigslist interested in a trade for my iPhone 5. I need help deciding. Note 2 16gb plus 100 cash or HTC One 32gb (no cash).

Just wondering what you'd do.

The Note 2 is old and well is going to be outdated soon. (Assuming you care about phone and having the newest) But if you don't mind go with it, it's still a good phone and will last another year or 2 before it feels old. I have a HTC One and it's the best phone I've ever owned. The speakers are mind blowingly good (I don't think thats a word ). Fast and responsive. For me it's all about specs so I would recommend the HTC One for the specs and the Note 2 for the all day battery. But either way you've got yourself a great smartphone/phablet.

Betwwen the note 2 and HTC 1 I would go with HTC one. Better specs then the n2. But if you had the chance go with the note 3
