Qi Charging

I'm looking at the Galaxy Tab A 7" 8GB Wifi. Does this have Qi charging? I can't seem to find an answer anywhere. If not, do any of the Galaxy tablets have Qi charging? I'm looking to replace some old Nexus 7 2013 for children who don't seem to be able to properly plug in a USB connector yet. Qi seems to be the only way to save the USB ports in our house.

No, it doesn't. . You either have to get the device with it built in (i.e. Galaxy S7 or Lumia 950/950XL) or have a device with a removable battery and get a wireless charging kit. The problem is that wireless charging doesn't have enough power to charge tablets. At least not yet.

Not enough power to charge a tablet when in use, but plenty of power to charge a tablet overnight. I don't think my 2013 Nexus 7 has ever been plugged in. I use my Nexus 7 in the AM, then place on charger while at work, use again at night. Charge my Note 5 overnight. Never had a problem with no charge.
