Moto E and Instagram
Is Moto E not able to upload videos onto Instagram? I read Q&As saying to tap the camera icon and then tap the video camera icon but I get two options under the camera asking if I was to take a photo or upload from galkery . If I tap gallery my videos are blank spaces and it is Luke they do not exist and if I tap the empty space it says "cannot be uploaded". Also there is no " square icon with dots in it" that claims to switch from photo to video or whatever. It is like this feature does not exist. Does it or does it not? And if it does how do you upload a video from your gallery?
