Moto X Play Power button and Volume Rocker issues

Hey guys, I just bought a Moto X Play 2 days ago and I'm little bit concerned about my phone. I find the power button kind of hard to press, but it's probably the fault of my case. However, my biggest concern is the volume rocker. I don't mind the wobbliness of the rocker, but pressing volume up or pressing volume down doesn't make the same click sound. Pressing up have the same sound as the power button, but pressing down giving a different and higher click sound, but I don't have any response problem with all the buttons. Is that normal?

Hello Guidum, welcome to the forums! After reading your post I played with the buttons and noticed a tiny difference between volume up and down. But very tiny.
