does the moto x pure have a hot spot

I just received my Moto x pure from Motorola. It came with a screen glitch. Of course I was not happy because I had just switched my sim card and had to get a new one for the Moto x. So to change is more hassle. So as a result I am waiting for another phone to arrive and can only see half of my screen.

My question. Is there a hot spot I can turn on? There are times I want to turn it on for the kids.

yes there is. Go to settings, More, and you will find Tethering & portable hotspot. Click on that and on the next screen you can turn on Portable Wi-Fi hotspot and then Set up Wi-Fi hotspot. HTH
