Wear Marks on Back?

Has anyone else noticed that each of the four corners on the kevlar back of the Droid Maxx appear to have wear marks? It almost looks like paint has rubbed off or something. At first, when I took the case off my phone after two months, I thought the case was too tight and had caused wear marks on the four back corners. But then I took the phone into the store to complain about the case and the representative told me that all Maxx kevlar backs appear to be worn on the four corners. It's just the way they're made. Can anyone confirm whether the rep was correct?

The 4 corners have the worn look by default. Don't worry I wondered the same thing when I first purchased the phone.

Every one I've seen is like that. It also fades out on the sides where it meets the front piece.

Thanks - I feel much better knowing that is how the phone is made and that mine doesn't have such obvious blemishes!!
