How to fix camera issue.
Every time I try to open my camera or Snapchat on my Droid Mini, I get an error message that says the camera is busy and that it was unable to start. "If this repeats please power off your phone and restart."
I have tried multiple things including soft and hard reboots, uninstalling updates, clearing data and caches, etc.
Is there anything else I can try? I've looked in other forums and saw that people are saying its a hardware problem, but I'm also wondering that, if it is, I could get a replacement.
If I can get a replacement, would it be completely free or would I have to pay the ~$100 to receive a new one?
