help please superoneclick wont work on og droid

Any one have a suggestion to as why it wont work for me ?
running windows 7 for computer
droid is running frg83g 2.2.2 kernel version is 2.6.32.9-g68eef5 android-build @apa26 #1
tried 3 different times last night followed instructions to the T for superoneclick course it could be that i'm a noob at this .

No offense to the one click rooting ways but this is the most effective way and I have completed it on several droid d1's for friends.
