Hello, I have a Droid Turbo 2 and I really love that I can create my own albums finally so that I don't have to endlessly scroll through my gallery to find the photo I want, however; recently I have discovered that the photos I have moved to albums will not show up on my computer when I plug my phone in. I often back up my photos onto an external hard drive and when I try to back up the photos in albums my computer says it cannot read the file.. but it backs up anything in my DCIM folder no problem. Also I have noticed that I am not able to post any of the photos that have been moved to albums to social media either - Example Instagram, it says "unable to load image"
This is really annoying because why offer the option to organize your photos into folders if you can't freaking use the photos once they have been moved! Anyone know how to resolve this issue??
