Bluetooth issues

I am having some bluetooth issues with my phone and wanted to see if anyone else is having the same issues. I have a Plantronics Voyager Pro if that makes a difference.

First, if I toggle the Bluetooth off or turn off my headset, they are not connecting back up when turned on again. Even when I go in to the connection settings, it shows paired but not connected and will not re-connect until I reboot the phone.

The other problem I have is if I answer the phone using my bluetooth headset while the phone is on the dock, if I take the phone off the dock it drops the bluetooth connection. It will show that it is connected (the bluetooth icon in the bar will be blue, not white) but the call goes to the phone.

Any input?

We are having a similar problem, we have paired the X with a Jabra Cruiser in the President of the company's car, all seemed to work fine. Now when we go back to the car we get a message that paired but not connected???
