Fission Black 2.5.7

I used Koush Bootstrap and Fission Installer for Fission Black 2.5.7, followed the video to the letter.

When I hit install the phone reboots and just goes through the regular reboot process. I tried several times but the same reaction each time. No luck.

Anyone have this problem. Any recommendations? I am running rooted Froyo.

This may be dumb but are you rooted. Also when you set Bootstrap Recovery did you give root access.
