xoom 1 wi fi locked up 2 button no fixing

Hi on vacation bikeweek and my xoom is locked in dual core screen and that is far as i can get i tried the power volume up button but no luck i need
Internet can anyone help

Put it on the charger and wait for light to turn green. Try button combo again but hold them longer. If not, push volume down and see if any text comes up in the top left corner when on M logo screen. Use volume down to go to recovery then hit power. You can do a wipe in recovery but that's gonna start you with a clean tablet.

Volume buttons move up and down and power button confirms choices in recovery.
