Is a Second Google Account Needed?

Looking to buy a Xoom soon. This is a basic questions. I have an Android phone. Do I need a separate account for the Xoom?

This was an issue when I switched phones. As soon as I started the same account on the second phone, Market defaulted to the new phone and did not show the programs that were loaded on the first. Will I run into the same problems with the Xoom and my phone?

Not at all. It will in fact download most of the Apps you have on your phone.. The paid ones that is. (It did this for me). I have had no issues using both my Xoom and DX with the same Gmail account.

I use the same account. My standard touchdown key worked for touchdown for tablet which is nice.

I use the same account for two phones, so shouldn't be an issue.
