checked out the acer tablet

I just left best buy. The screens are Identical, I use the xoom on low or auto brightness, and it looks great. However moving thru home screens and apps button seem a little smoother on acer. But I I do have a decent amount of apps and atleast 10gigs of movies and music on the xoom.( I'm I making excuses) . The xoom feels lighter but the USB port and working SD slot make the Acer attractive. I feel the xoom should have quicker updates due to pure android experience. I'm thinking more support for xoom so I'm not return just yet. 17 days best buy gave me 30.

I just got my xoom tonight. The Acer felt bigger. I'm hoping we get updates soon. I felt the xoom was sturdier but really like the USB function of the Acer

The Acer seems nice, I just wish it had more than 16 gigs of onboard memory.

The Acer is by far the biggest, fatest, ugliest and heavier tablet. It just feels uncomfortable and bulky. USB is not really a plus as the xoom has mini USB support. SD card is a plus though.
