What happens is that if someone calls, instead of it automatically going to voicemail after the 25-30 secs of ringing... it answers and the caller can hear what's going on around the phone.
This has happened with the phone sitting on a table or desk and also if riding in a purse or in my pocket. So something accidentially touching the screen is not the issue.
No new software update yet, and both are on Visual Voicemail...
At first I thought it might be ATK killing the visual voicemail program on the wife's phone as I had it auto kill every few hours... but that's turned off on my phone and I get the same problem and I have since added Visual voicemail app to the ignore list in ATK and now have it turned off on her phone as well.
It doesn't happen all the time, but is annoying.
Any ideas how to fix?
