Micro-USB to 3.5mm AND USB Power

So I found this while searching the net for 3 in 1 solution for my car since it's a hassle plugging in the audio and usb (too much clutter as well).

Does anybody have any experience with cables like these? I do know the JB supports USB line-out audio...

Did you get the cable? I recently bought a car dock that had an identical cable system, and it didn't work -- I mean that I wasn't able to get audio out through the USB port. Did you make it work?
