Need serious help with boot up on v!

okay went to reboot to my old rom through rom manager like i have done 15 times already. and my phone wont boot up now. the lg sign comes up, then it goes through the virgin mobile intro with no sound. and then back to lg sign, that shuts off and then the screen stays slightly lit up. i can not get in to recovery mode either. someone please help. i need my phone back.

try this
Go download ROMtools
then open ROMtools plug ur phone in
then use the reboot into recovery option while the phone boots up
