so im an idiot and tried to wipe everything quickly (not paying attention) and accidentally wiped my sdcard instead of ext. now my phone wont boot past fastboot. im not familiar with adb, but i tried going to start>run> and typing in adb devices and it says windows cannot find. i do have a nand backup saved to my desktop if that helps..

i was looking into this http://forums.androidcentral.com/op...astboot-style-fastest-easiest-way-around.html
but i have no way of turning on usb debugging seeing as i cant get out of fastboot. is that a necessity? any other ways of fixing this?

i CAN boot into recovery, but do not have a rom/gapps or a nand backup on my phone b/c of the sd card being wiped.

edit: i tried fastboot and it says device not found
