how to increase volume when streaming music?

This phone is significantly quieter than my g2 was when plugged into my cars stereo. I see the dsp manager app has a loudness compensation setting but have never gotten it to work or make a difference...how do you use this thing?

Go into DPS manager then check the enable compensation button or whatever. Whatever button is right above the chart. Then go into the chart thing by selecting it and putting up the three middle bars all the way. This is what i do, and I see a significant difference. Sorry for the bad vocabulary, but my phone is in a boot loop right now and i can't describe everything thoroughly. Just don't forget to do set those settings for headset and phone speaker. Good luck
