I would say No, buy i say give it ago. Drew was talking about ZVJ lib Files, so im thinking what if you try to use those libs for CM7. Or what about the ZVJ libs from CM10

Thats not even on this rom. Not even a bug. But yes. Ill tell you what to do.

Use Root Explorer or Titanium Backu.

Uninstall System.apk

Install a non transparent theme

Problem solved.

I believe your talking about GTR though
